Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with the HR team to understand current hiring needs and requirements.
• Source and screen resumes for open positions, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
• Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview timings and logistics, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures through the HRMS portal.
• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the HRMS system.
• Support in onboarding new hires by coordinating documentation and system setup.
• Serve as a point of contact between candidates and interviewers for seamless communication.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to close the recruitment loop efficiently.
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements within recruitment and other HR functions.
