Junior Civil Engineer In Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Panvel

Candidates who have completed their education in either B.Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering with at least 1+ years of experience or have completed their graduation or post-graduation from NICMAR University is preferred.

Candidate will work directly with the CXO.

• Responsible for Business Development & Land Acquisition
• Source and evaluate deals with various engagement models (Outright purchase, JV/JD, Development management etc.)
• Adept and handle end to end property investment/property acquisition including origination, feasibility assessment, valuation, negotiation.
• Knowledge of deal structuring, due diligence, financial modelling.
• Actively involved in deciding the business plan and development strategy for existing and new projects.
