Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual trade sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
- Generate secondary sales and monitor distributor performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, competition, and opportunities.
- Execute trade marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
- Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with the Regional Sales Head.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in trade/channel sales (Cement, Building Materials, or FMCG sector preferred)
(Must have minimum 4 years of experience in cement industry)

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local market (Silchar / Agartala).
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
