We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and expand enterprise-level sales by acquiring, managing, and growing strategic customer accounts.
This role focuses on selling complex solutions to large organizations, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through consultative and value-based selling.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience navigating enterprise buying cycles, managing multiple stakeholders, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Lead negotiations and close high-value, long-term contracts
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and challenges
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Sales Strategy & Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and enterprise segments
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Sales Pipeline & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and customer success teams
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation and ongoing account management
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and solution presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors / master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 7-8+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, IT services, or technology solutions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
