Were looking for a Head of People to build and scale a high-impact people function for a fast-growing, consumer-facing business. This role will be instrumental in shaping the entire employee journey from hiring and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention while ensuring the culture remains strong through rapid growth.
As the organization scales significantly over the next few years, you will play a critical role in building systems, processes, and leadership capability that support growth without compromising on culture and values.
You will work closely with the founding team and business leaders, ensuring that the people strategy is deeply integrated into business decisions and outcomes.
What Youll Do:- Own and drive the end-to-end people strategy - including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and retention
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing People team to support rapid scale across multiple locations
- Design and implement culture and engagement initiatives that are authentic and aligned with the organizations values
- Partner with business and functional leaders to strengthen managerial capability across levels
- Establish scalable HR systems and processes (HRIS, compliance, payroll coordination, people operations)
- Lead high-volume hiring across frontline and leadership roles, balancing speed with quality
- Leverage people data and analytics (attrition, engagement, hiring metrics) to drive decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, managing sensitive situations with maturity and empathy
Who You Are:

- 12+ years of experience in HR/People roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Background in high-growth environments such as consumer, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or D2C businesses
- Proven experience in scaling teams and building people processes from the ground up
- Strong exposure to high-volume hiring and workforce planning
- A builder mindset comfortable creating structures while retaining agility and culture
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
- Equally comfortable operating on the ground and in leadership discussions
