Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of People to lead and scale the people function for a fast-growing consumer-focused organization. This role will play a pivotal part in building a strong, future-ready workforce while shaping a culture that supports growth, agility, and high performance.
- As the company enters its next phase of expansion, the Head of People will partner closely with the leadership team to create scalable HR frameworks, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure people strategy remains aligned with overall business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from high-growth environments and a hands-on approach to building teams, processes, and culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall people and culture strategy across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives.
- Build and manage a high-performing HR team capable of supporting rapid business growth across multiple markets and functions.
- Develop and drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values and enhance employee experience.
- Design and implement scalable HR processes and systems including HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, policies, and HRIS platforms.
- Drive large-scale hiring initiatives across corporate, frontline, and leadership roles while maintaining quality and speed of execution.
- Use HR analytics and people insights to support strategic decision-making related to hiring, retention, productivity, and engagement.
- Act as a trusted partner to employees and leadership teams, handling sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
- Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives during periods of rapid scale and business evolution.
Desired Profile:
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions and teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Experience implementing HR systems, policies, and scalable people processes from scratch.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across both strategic and operational levels.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment.
