Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Chat Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound chats and blended customer interactions, resolving customer queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound chats from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional written communication and proper grammar.
• Ensure first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates from any stream.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work rotational and night shifts from the Gurgaon office.

Salary Package

• Freshers: 18,000 - 20,000, based on assessment scores.
• Experienced Candidates: 22,000 - 38,000, based on assessment scores.
