Job Description
- As a SAP Security Senior Specialist at Chemours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of SAP and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes globally. You will work closely with various teams to provide support, guidance, and expertise in SAP Security operations. Here is an overview of your role and responsibilities:
**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for the security administration of SAP, including assessing business role requirements, designing, building, and managing security authorizations, ensuring compliance to security policies and procedures, resolving access problems, and handling security incidents. Additionally, you will collaborate to keep SAP security up to date, manage and monitor project implementations, enforce policies and procedures, and create/update policy, security baseline, and training documents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess business role requirements and design, build, and manage security authorizations
- Ensure compliance to security policies and procedures
- Resolve access problems and handle security incidents
- Collaborate to keep SAP security up to date
- Manage and monitor project implementations
- Assist with policy and procedure enforcement and reporting
- Create and update policy, security baseline, and training documents
- Facilitate trainings on GRC Access Control Module
- Gather requirements from internal clients and provide security expertise for SAP development
**Qualifications Required:**
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP R/3, security, and compliance with GRC v10
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (at minimum support US hours)

- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and work with limited supervision
- Undergraduate degree in an IT major preferred (e.g. computer science, management information system)
- Experience with GRC v12 and S4 Hana preferred
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problems-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- General knowledge of SAP Business Processes and integration points
