Job Description
- As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and hiring process of Human Resource associate team members with the necessary skills. This involves establishing and fostering relationships with various external recruitment sources, such as local colleges, recruiting agencies, and community-based organizations like Caterer and Leisure Jobs. Your efforts will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce.
In addition to recruitment, you will be responsible for facilitating a comprehensive departmental orientation program for associates. This program aims to provide new hires with a warm welcome and essential service excellence training to ensure they are well-equipped to excel in their roles. Furthermore, you will oversee the cross-training of associates to enhance operational efficiency and adaptability within the team.
Your role will also involve utilizing various on-the-job training tools to support the continuous development of associates. You will collaborate with the management team to establish effective orientation processes and ensure that new hires receive the necessary training to succeed in their positions. Additionally, you will review disciplinary documentation for accuracy and consistency, taking appropriate action when required.
