Compensation: INR 6.5 9 LPA (based on experience & portfolio strength)

• Craft scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts that feel native to each platform driving saves, shares, and click-throughs
• Build high-retention edits with precision hooks, tight pacing, and on-screen text that keeps viewers watching
• Edit face-led videos, voiceovers, and narrative content that connects brand personality to real audiences
• Design motion cards, lower thirds, and visual elements that elevate production value without slowing output
• Leverage AI-first tools (Runway, Veo3, InVideo, Adobe AI, Freepik, etc.) to prototype ideas faster, generate variations, and push creative boundaries
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to solve real content challenges and propose formats proactively
• Adapt edits based on performance data, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging trends
• Manage footage libraries, asset organization, and digital drives to keep production moving at pace

• Youre obsessed with internet culture, retention graphs, and why a 0.3s cut matters
• You study top-performing content the way others watch TV always reverse-engineering what worked
• Youre comfortable receiving fast feedback, iterating quickly, and owning your creative decisions
• You move fast without sacrificing quality and you know the difference
• You want to build a portfolio that spans real brands, real campaigns, and real results

• Strong grasp of social media video formats, storytelling structures, and platform-specific behavior
• Proven experience editing face-led, voiceover-driven, and narrative short-form content
• Sharp eye for pacing, typography, transitions, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (required)
• Working knowledge of AI tools: Runway, InVideo, Freepik, Veo3, Adobe AI (or similar)
• Ability to align every edit with brand tone, campaign goals, and platform context
• A strong portfolio of short-form social content mandatory, not optional

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects

Runway, Veo3, InVideo, Adobe AI, Freepik, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs (or equivalent)

• Experience with After Effects motion design
• Ability to pitch creative hooks, angles, and edit concepts unprompted
• Understanding of brand identity, visual language, and content strategy
• Deep knowledge of social media trends you can explain whats viral and why before it peaks
