Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles using structured interviewing techniques.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and generate monthly recruitment metrics for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and institutional HR policies throughout the hiring process.
