Job Description

As a Campus Recruitment Specialist at The Golden Rise, you will be responsible for spearheading and executing campus hiring initiatives, fostering strong partnerships with educational institutions, and attracting high-potential student talent. If you are enthusiastic about engaging with students and spearheading university recruitment endeavors, this role is tailored for you.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to attract fresh talent from campuses, nurturing relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes, organizing campus hiring events and job fairs, as well as screening and evaluating student candidates through interviews and selection procedures. Collaborating with internal teams to ascertain hiring requirements for campus placements, managing candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for selected candidates will also be part of your role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or campus hiring (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in networking and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campus hiring programs concurrently.
