What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital part of our HR team, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and effectively administered.

What you will do: You will manage the day-to-day operations of our C&B programs, analyze compensation data, and assist in the development of new C&B strategies.

Key responsibility:

• Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct compensation surveys and analyze market data to ensure our compensation is competitive.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures and guidelines.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Process employee compensation changes, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits programs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and spreadsheets (Excel).
• Knowledge of relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
