HR ASSOCIATE-HIRING & STAFFING

Your key responsibilities will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, utilizing various hiring platforms and social media channels to attract top talent, coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hiring policies, assisting in employer branding, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, hiring, or staffing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
