HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for attracting and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within The Golden Rise. You'll be a key contributor to our company's growth by building a strong talent pipeline.

What you will do: You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.

Key responsibility:

• Source qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Administer assessments and background checks.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with various sourcing techniques.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
