HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in our team, focused on sourcing and screening candidates for various open positions.

What you will do: Full-cycle recruiting, from initial candidate screening to extending job offers, working closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibility:

• Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, LinkedIn, networking events)
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates and applicants using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide feedback
• Contribute to improving the company's recruitment processes and strategies

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
