Job Description
- As an HR Trainee/Intern at The Golden Rise, located in Hyderabad's vibrant Gachibowli district, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in human resources and talent acquisition. In this role, you will work alongside our recruitment team to support various aspects of the hiring process, from talent sourcing to candidate engagement. By assisting in tasks such as screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and updating candidate records, you will gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in talent sourcing by utilizing job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. You will also support in candidate screening by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting suitable candidates. Additionally, you will help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, as well as create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. Maintaining regular communication with candidates, updating candidate records in the recruitment database, and staying informed about industry trends for recruitment research are also key aspects of this role.
To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress). An interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be beneficial. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with social media platforms, and a proactive attitude toward learning and collaboration are essential qualities for this role.
