Job Description

    As a Recruiting Intern at The Golden Rise, located in Hyderabad's dynamic Gachibowli district, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. This role is specifically tailored for MBA and BBA students who are enthusiastic about entering the world of HR and eager to contribute to our team.

    Your key responsibilities will include assisting in talent sourcing by identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards and social media. You will be involved in candidate screening, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in interview coordination by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing support throughout the interview process.
    Maintaining and updating candidate databases with accuracy and confidentiality will be essential, along with creating and managing job advertisements on different platforms to attract suitable candidates. Gathering feedback from candidates and interviewers to refine the recruitment process, conducting market research on hiring trends, and collaborating closely with senior recruiters and HR managers to meet hiring objectives are also part of your responsibilities.

    To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing an MBA or BBA with a specialization in HR or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with recruitment tools are advantageous. Your eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be valuable assets in this role.
