Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.

Employee Engagement: Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

HR Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment, employee performance, and HR metrics.

Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and team members to execute HR initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:
