Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for MBA & BBA graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to specialize in sourcing and hiring top talent for non-IT roles across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.

Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability in the non-IT sector.

Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.

Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
