Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
What you will do: You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Key responsibility:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews
- Scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual interviews
- Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
- Managing the applicant tracking system
- Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing skills
