What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for various roles within the company.

What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and track key metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to source candidates through various channels.
• Proficiency in using social media for recruitment.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
