Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital part of our growing talent acquisition team, directly responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for various roles within our organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR team members.

What you will do: Your role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage, for both junior and senior level positions. You will utilize various recruiting platforms and techniques.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using various tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
