Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and source top talent.

What you will do: You will utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. You will also build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with various sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
