What you will do: You will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the offer process, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and track key metrics.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and engage candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
