Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at The Golden Rise, based in Hyderabad's Gachibowli district, you will be part of a premier talent outsourcing firm specializing in connecting exceptional talent with leading global organizations and startups. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals aspiring to establish a career in HR and recruitment. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination for various job opportunities across industries. You will receive training and mentorship to enhance your expertise in talent acquisition.
Location: Hyderabad (Work-from-Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
- Learn and implement best practices in talent acquisition and HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals is advantageous.
- A proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
