Talent Acquisition Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
• Learn and implement best practices in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals is advantageous.
• A proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
