Job Description
- As a Hybrid Position based in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai/NCR, you will be required to attend training on-site in Bangalore. Your role will involve utilizing your in-depth knowledge of document review processes on platforms like Veeva Vault PromoMats and/or MedComms, among others.
You should be adept at effectively communicating and troubleshooting challenges through collaboration with various stakeholders, including cross-functional colleagues, external vendors, and customers. Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to ensure the timely delivery of projects without compromising quality will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Additionally, your familiarity with various deliverable types in the medical affairs and commercial space will be crucial. You will be responsible for understanding copyright management for references, images, etc., and ensuring compliance with PMC standards. This will involve ensuring that tactics are PMC approved before being routed for medical approval globally or uploaded to any repository.
You will also be tasked with managing the tactics migration tracker from SharePoint to AEM, maintaining metadata accuracy while uploading PMC assets onto content galleries, and tactics onto Veeva Vault for approvals. Moreover, you will ensure that HE fulfillment requests are processed within defined timeframes.
- Experience in the medical domain
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with MLR Review process
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
