Role & responsibilities
Guest room and public area cleaning
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens and towels.
- Remove trash, recycling, and room service trays.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, glasses, and notepads.
Maintenance and safety
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
- Handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and sanitation policies.
Guest service
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns professionally.
- Handle guest laundry and dry cleaning as needed.
- Report and turn in any lost and found items.
