Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and updating policies and procedures, and addressing employee relations. The role will also involve enhancing organizational culture, managing performance evaluations, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and workforce planning
• Experience in performance management and training & development programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to adapt HR strategies to align with organizational goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency with HR software and tools
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred)
• 4+ years of proven work experience in a Human Resources role
