Job Description
- Run account-based nurturing for priority global accounts through multi-touch LinkedIn, email, retargeting, and lead magnets.
- Execute and optimize Google + LinkedIn campaigns, retargeting, and lead-gen funnels for US/EU/APAC.
- Segment audiences by C-suite, Innovation, R&D, NPD, and scientific buyers and track engagement to convert into sales conversations.
- Create strategic content and assets (blogs, posts, email sequences, whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks).
- Align messaging to womens health, Ayurveda, nutraceutical science, and category insights.
- Manage email automation, drip workflows, and CRM scoring using Zoho/HubSpot/Mailchimp.
- Lead LinkedIn publishing (founder + corporate) and support community building/webinars.
- Track funnel KPIs (MQL, SQL, CAC, CPL, ROAS) through dashboards (GA, Search Console, CRM).
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance insights and next-step recommendations.
- Work closely with product, R&D, scientific affairs, regulatory, design, and sales to ensure messaging accuracy.
- Translate clinical claims and Ayurvedic knowledge into clear consumer and B2B language.
- Coordinate with external agencies when required.
