Job Description

    As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in achieving the Annual Revenue plan by identifying effective methods to increase business volume. You will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures to enhance processes and performance within the organization.
    Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and development of marketing and promotional strategies aimed at boosting sales and revenue. You will generate detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales plans, and implement special programs to increase average room rates, overall occupancy, and business volume during off-peak periods.
    To drive revenue growth, you will conduct thorough market research to develop innovative marketing strategies, introduce new products and services, and coordinate major sales and public relations functions. Your role will also involve managing key accounts in line with company standards and promoting special projects within the Food & Beverage Department to drive sales.
    Additionally, you will oversee the selling and servicing of group business, plan and execute sales trips, and attend travel functions to promote the hotel. It will be your responsibility to provide monthly sales and forecast reports to the management, maintain relationships with existing customers, and attract new business opportunities.

    You will be required to recommend advertising plans based on market analysis and collaborate with department heads and advertising agencies to ensure maximum productivity. Monitoring competitors" activities and strategies, conducting client interviews, organizing familiarization tours, and site inspections will also be part of your role.
    Furthermore, you will engage in regular sales calls with target market principals, entertain clients, and plan travel to promote the hotel and cultivate potential business opportunities. By participating in strategic business reviews and coordinating effectively with operations, you will contribute to ensuring complete customer satisfaction and maximizing business potential.,
