Job Description

ؠAssists in achieving the Annual Revenue plan

ؠIdentify the right methods to increase business volume

ؠImplement the standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance

ؠAssists for planning and development themarketing andpromotional strategies for increase the sales and revenue

ؠGenerate reports for the effectiveness of the marketing and sales plan

ؠImplement special programs for increase average room rate , overall occupancy,business volume during off-peak periods, local Food & Beverage and Banquet Sales

ؠConduct Market research anddevelop new marketing strategies and new products and servicesto achieve the maximum revenue

ؠOrganize and co ordinate all major sales/ PR related functions to ensure high awareness of the hotel in the national and international media

ؠEnsure Key accounts managed as per the company set standards

ؠPromoteFood & Beverage Department special projects to stimulate Food & beverage sales

ؠOversees the selling and servicing of group business

ؠPlan and executes all the sales trips and attend major travel functions to promote sales of the hotel.

ؠEnsure monthly sales and forecast report to send to the Management

ؠMaintain retention of regular customers and ensure procure new and repeat business for the hotel by maintaining regular contact with the customers.

ؠRecommend the advertising plan which will be most productive for the hotel after analyze the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with other Department Heads and the Advertising Agency

ؠEnsure monitoring of competitors activities and strategiesand assists in marketing intelligence

ؠEnsure sell to new, existing and prospective customers in consideration withthe sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business

ؠMaintain and Develop a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market

ؠEnsure conduct client interviews and entertain the clients

ؠOrganize and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections

ؠPlan travel to promote the hotel and develop potential business

ؠEnsure regular review the existing business and sales strategy meetings to maximize business

ؠCoordinate with operations on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction
