Experience: 6-10 years in Event Execution
We are looking for candidates based out of Delhi/NCR and woman candidates are preferred for this role . This role would involve travelling within North India .
Function: Marketing / Events / Brand Activation
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Events Lead to spearhead large-scale, high-impact events for our schools vertical. This role demands a creative thinker and strong executor who can conceptualise, plan, and deliver flagship event properties across the country, building brand visibility, community engagement, and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize & Conceptualise: Design and develop unique, high-quality event properties tailored to the education sector, aligned with brand and business goals.
- Event Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end large-scale events (conferences, academic festivals, leadership summits, etc.) across geographies.
- Project Management: Drive seamless coordination across internal teams, vendors, agencies, and schools to deliver exceptional event experiences on time and within budget.
- Brand-Building: Position events as key brand properties that build recall, drive engagement, and differentiate us in the education space.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with academic teams, marketing, admissions, and leadership to ensure each event delivers value and reflects brand ethos.
- Innovation & Impact: Introduce new formats, digital integrations, and outreach strategies to enhance event impact and scalability.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in planning and managing large-format B2B/B2C events across cities
- Strong understanding of brand communication through experiential marketing
- Excellent project and vendor management skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and experience in building event IPs
- Experience in education, youth engagement, or social sectors is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively
