Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for the role of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and lead a team to meet business goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement policies to enhance branch performance. Responsibilities include achieving financial targets, managing staff performance, handling customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
