Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor based in Udaipur. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to enhance revenue and market reach. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, mentoring and training team members, building client relationships, and liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations in line with company standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies.
  • Proven experience in Team Management, including leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Excellence in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.

    Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Training team members to achieve professional development and operational goals.
  • A bachelors degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales roles within the hospitality or luxury sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive results effectively.
