Job Description
Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels to generate leads, including social media, industry events, Email campaigns, Cold Calling, etc. (With Bidding Portals).
- Cold calling to potential prospects, showcasing our IT services/consulting offerings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective cold-calling strategies.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and position our solutions accordingly.
- Lead Generation through market research and strategic targeting.
- Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Craft compelling email content that highlights the value proposition of our IT services.
- Analyse email campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in IT services/consulting companies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in business development within the IT services/IT consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, cold calling best practices, and email marketing strategies.
- A target-driven individual with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- End-to-end sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
