Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing the overall Digital Marketing portfolio for Phoenix Marketcity Pune, focusing on brand building of the Centre through effective and comprehensive social media management. With experience in mall marketing or the retail industry, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Your role will involve overseeing various digital marketing channels such as social media, email, search engine marketing, and online advertising to drive website traffic and conversions.
Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing digital marketing plans, managing social media, email, and content marketing, overseeing SEO, SEM, and online advertising efforts, analyzing digital metrics to optimize campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives. It will be essential to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to keep the team competitive and innovative.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with a preference for a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additionally, having 6+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership, proven experience in leading digital marketing teams, and developing successful digital marketing strategies will be beneficial. Strong communication and content creation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to new technologies, creativity, and innovative thinking are some of the special skills required for this position. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, knowledge of SEO principles and strategies, experience with social media advertising and paid search campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and strong project management skills will also be valuable assets.
