Job Description
- This is regarding opening with leading Pvt Bank as an AVP/VP relationship Manager- Corporate Real Estate
- Designation: AVP/VP Corporate Real estate
- Location: Chennai/Delhi/Kolkata/Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai
- Job Role:
- Originate and source real estate financing deals from developers.
- Handle products like:
- Construction Finance
- Lease Rental Discounting (LRD)
- Real Estate Refinance
- Structured Credit / High Yield Financing
- Manage relationships with real estate developers, promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.
- Evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, asset quality, and credit risks.
- Structure customized funding solutions.
- Manage end-to-end transaction execution with legal, technical, valuation, and rating stakeholders.
- Drive cross-selling of banking products (CASA, DCM, Trade Finance, Forex, Salary Accounts).
