Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA with strong expertise in Finance & Accounts within the BFSI sector Were looking for a dynamic finance leader to join a leading NBFC and drive financial excellence.

Role: Accounts & Finance (AVP / DVP / VP)

Industry: BFSI / NBFC

Eligibility

CA (Qualified)/ MBA

• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (BFSI)
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Prior experience leading and managing finance teams is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, monthly/annual closing, and preparation of financial statements
• Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership
• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking operations
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits while strengthening internal financial controls
• Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with business leaders on financial planning and strategic decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
