An excellent opportunity with a Leading Leading fintech company for finance professionals looking to advance their careers in Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance.

Location: Navi Mumbai - WFO

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Experience: 3+ Years

6 Days working - Alternate saturday Will be off

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting activities and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Review General Ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow statements, and audit schedules.
• Coordinate Internal, Statutory, and Regulatory Audits.
• Ensure effective implementation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
• Drive compliance with Ind AS, IGAAP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and management reviews.
• Collaborate with auditors, bankers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Desired Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, Audit, or Controllership.
• Strong understanding of Ind AS, IGAAP, and Banking/NBFC regulations.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
