Experience: 5+ Years

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Off

Important Requirement: Experience in Insurance Products is ESSENTIAL.

Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Motor Insurance or Embedded Insurance will be preferred.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Insurance with strong insurance domain knowledge to manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch, growth and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end insurance product development, from concept to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Define insurance product features, benefits, pricing structures and customer journeys.
• Monitor product performance, revenue, growth, conversion and customer retention.
• Improve customer experience across onboarding, policy servicing, renewals and claims.
• Use market research and data analytics to identify business and product growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology, underwriting, operations, claims, compliance and distribution teams.
• Ensure products comply with applicable insurance regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Explore digital insurance solutions, partnerships and innovative distribution channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience in insurance products is essential.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes and customer journeys.
• Experience in end-to-end product development and lifecycle management.
• Experience with digital insurance products and platforms
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
