We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Modern Trade with strong experience in managing modern trade accounts and driving sales growth across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute modern trade sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage key accounts including retail chains, supermarkets, hypermarkets & pharmacy chains.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers and store-level stakeholders.
• Drive product availability, visibility and placement across modern trade outlets.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, in-store activations and marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate commercial terms, margins, schemes and promotional budgets.
• Monitor sales performance, stock movement and secondary sales.
• Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams for timely replenishment.
• Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and performance reports for management.
• Manage claims, credit notes and promotional expense tracking.
• Ensure effective execution of merchandising and branding guidelines across outlets.

• Ideal Candidate:
• 9+ years of relevant sales experience
• Strong experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Experience with retail chains, supermarkets, hypermarkets or pharmacy chains preferred
• Strong understanding of modern trade operations and market dynamics
