Job Title: Zonal Business Manager Unsecured Business Loans

Experience: 15 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a zonal team of 3540 members, including leaders and frontline staff.
• Drive acquisition of new business through DSA/Direct Channels/Customer Referrals.
• Ensure consistent growth in book size, profitability, and quality sourcing.
• Mentor and groom team members for higher productivity and performance.
• Strengthen
  
  channel partnerships via DSAs, industry associations, and local forums.
• Drive adoption of digital initiatives for efficiency and better customer experience.
• Enhance cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Monitor competitive activities and reinforce brand positioning in the market.
• Ensure smooth client experience through timely onboarding, renewals, and query resolution.
• Maintain portfolio hygiene by managing delinquency, utilization, and risk parameters.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Implement industry best practices to drive efficiency and process improvement.

Job Requirements:

• MBA/CA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in BFSI, with strong exposure to Unsecured Business Loans.
• Proven expertise in managing large teams and DSA channels in the local market.
• Strong knowledge of credit, sales, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to build and execute strategies for growth, efficiency, and market expansion.
