Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for leading business analysis and product ownership for complex digital platforms
by bridging business strategy and technical delivery, ensuring value realization, stakeholder
alignment, and compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization
Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation
Produce BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business models
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and secure approvals
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
Align requirements with enterprise architecture and integrations
Track KPIs and business value delivery
Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
Strong experience in Agile / Scrum delivery
Advanced business and system modeling skills

Excellent stakeholder and executive communication
Experience in large-scale, regulated, or government environments preferred
Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Strong English communication skills
Tools & Methods
Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, UML/BPMN, PowerPoint, Excel
Certifications (Preferred)
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO / PSPO, SAFe PO/PM
