Job Description
We are hiring a Cluster Head - Sales (AVP / VP level) for a marquee Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram.
Company : A leading Real estate Developer of Gurgaon
Location : Gurugram
Compensation : 60-70 LPA
- The role will lead the complete sales for a single project site of a premium luxury project and manage a team of 12-15 members, including Team Leads.
- Ensure profitability and effective P&L management for the assigned project.
Looking for accomplished real estate sales leaders with strong exposure to:
- Luxury Residential Sales
- P&L Management
- Team Leadership
- Channel Partner Management
- HNI/UHNI Client Handling
- Revenue & Inventory Management
Ideal candidates should have:
- 14-22 years of experience
- Strong NCR luxury real estate market exposure
- Experience with reputed Tier 1 / Tier 2 developers
- Proven track record in driving topline growth and high-value closures
