Our client, Markets International Cruises for the Indian Market, is looking for:

Manager / SM - Growth & Digital Marketing

Location: Jasola, New Delhi

Experience: 7 Years

CTC: 17 LPA

Our client is looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing leader to build and lead its central growth marketing function across multiple international brands.

This is a "hands-on leadership role" with end-to-end ownership of digital acquisition, performance marketing, CRM, conversion, analytics and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the digital growth strategy across brands
• Own performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, lead quality and conversion
• Own CRM, lead scoring, nurturing, automation and customer journeys
• Drive CRO, website and landing-page optimisation
• Build attribution frameworks, dashboards and marketing ROI reporting
• Lead teams across Lead Generation, Content and Graphics/Creative
• Partner with Brand, Sales, Operations, Tech/Product and Management
• Identify and implement new digital channels, AI and marketing automation opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• 7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing
• Strong experience in team leadership and managing multiple marketing capabilities
• Hands-on knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta, CRM/Marketing Automation
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, CRO, analytics and attribution
• Commercial mindset with focus on CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion and revenue contribution
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Builder mindset - capable of building teams, processes and a scalable growth function
• Candidates who have managed only individual digital campaigns/channel execution may not be suitable.
