Job Description

- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Real estate experience is a Mandatory.
