Job Description
- The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa, located in Udaipur, is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection, developing HR strategies and initiatives, handling employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensuring legal compliance. Your role will also involve maintaining employee records, supporting business needs, and fostering the engagement and preservation of human capital.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. Skills in Training & Development, developing HR strategies, and ensuring legal compliance are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and leadership abilities, will be key to your success. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary for this position. Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
