Assistant Director / Senior Manager / Manager (EPR Business)
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development for EPR services across e-waste, battery waste and non-ferrous metals.
- Acquire and manage relationships with Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), OEMs, and large corporate clients.
- Drive sales of EPR compliance solutions, EPR credits, and sustainability services.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual EPR business targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Support clients on EPR compliance requirements and provide strategic guidance on waste management regulations.
- Coordinate with internal Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams for successful project execution.
- Track regulatory developments, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to strengthen Attero's market position.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the EPR business team while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
