Assistant Director / Senior Manager / Manager (EPR Business)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development for EPR services across e-waste, battery waste and non-ferrous metals.
• Acquire and manage relationships with Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), OEMs, and large corporate clients.
• Drive sales of EPR compliance solutions, EPR credits, and sustainability services.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual EPR business targets.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
• Support clients on EPR compliance requirements and provide strategic guidance on waste management regulations.
• Coordinate with internal Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams for successful project execution.
• Track regulatory developments, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to strengthen Attero's market position.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the EPR business team while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
