Zonal Head - Dental Sales - North/West Region

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to drive market share expansion and achieve aggressive revenue targets across the dental product portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals, providing coaching and performance oversight to ensure consistent achievement of zonal KPIs.
• Manage and optimize the distribution network by identifying high-potential partners and streamlining supply chain operations to improve service delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and major dental institutions to secure institutional contracts and brand loyalty.
• Oversee sales operations and reporting, utilizing data-driven insights to refine territory planning and resource allocation for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing and product management, to ensure seamless product launches and effective promotional campaigns.
